Our mind is our most precious possession. It is always with us, defining our purpose into the world to experience happiness, health and joyous expression. We are often enslaved by all kinds of material and physical bondage which certainly is expressed as conditions, experience and events in our life. In other words, whatever we impress in our mind becomes expressed on the screen of space.


Mental or emotional health refers to your overall psychological well-being and plays a major role in your ability to maintain good physical health.

Both benefit each other. You can’t have a motor without the car. One needs the other to function to its best potential. Never underestimate the importance of your mental health. Yes, exercise makes your body look good but mental health makes your insides look good too. If you don’t have a healthy mind, you won’t feel like yourself. Motion and emotion must balance.


Physical & mental health are closely connected. You are here to let life flow through you rhythmically and harmoniously and in order to do that these two must balance.


Here are some techniques that I have personally experienced and followed representing the perfect reflection of the idea on how to have a strong and positive mind.




✅Accept Yourself for Who You Are

“When you accept yourself as who you are, the whole world will too. Always be proud of every tiny scars of you.”

Many people struggle with low self-esteem and a low sense of self-worth.

It can be hard to love ourselves when we are constantly comparing ourselves to others.

To be better, to be healthier and to be happier - you need to understand you can only do it for you and no one else.

If you focus on being the best version of YOU, you will feel so much happier as you aren't constantly comparing yourself to others.


✅Eat healthy

“Make it a part of your lifestyle” Eating clean, healthy, wholesome foods, get plenty of rest, get routine check-ups and incorporate regular exercise into your schedule.

It allows your body to function at its absolute BEST and in turn this will make you mentally happier.


✅Surround Yourself with Positive People / Happiness is a state of mind

Surrounding yourself with friends, family and people who are positive in general will give you a greater sense of well being.

Strengthening your mindset takes a bit of time and practice, but it’s so worth it! Even if you feel mentally strong, I think there is always room for a little improvement.

✅Appreciate the Little Things

“Expect nothing, appreciate everything” Take the time weekly to slow down, put down your phone, unplug the laptop and go out for a walk. Take everything in, without doing it through your phone screen. Say hi to a stranger, enjoy time with your pet or simply meditate.

You could also try taking a moment at the end of the day to ask yourself what you learned, what you could improve on and where you want to go tomorrow.

Doing this a few times a week may help you feel more relaxed and happy.


✅Find a Hobby

Doing things that make YOU happy helps to keep your mind happy. This may change year to year, but as long as you have something to look forward to - you will feel more positive!


✅Be thoughtful of what you think upon

Whatever thought you anchor the mind upon, the mind magnifies. If you have a keen desire to free yourself from any destructive habit you are already half way there and you may find the solution for every problem and cause for every effect.

It is your right to discover this inner world of thoughts, feelings, power, of light, love and beauty.



Remember, Every day is an opportunity to shape your life into what YOU want it to be! You can inspired by a new light, and generate a new force that enable you to realise your hopes and enriches your heart desires. Decide now to make your life grander, greater, richer and nobler, than ever before.


It really does all start in your mind.
