Fitness motivation can be a struggle at times. Getting a little reinforcement for all the reasons you work out and live a healthy lifestyle in the first place may be all you need to keep pushing.
Sometimes you just need a little reminder that you’re doing your best and that is a great pathway to success.

✅Be proud of yourself for how hard you’re trying.

You are the creator of your own fitness journey..!!


When starting out on a fitness journey, it is easy to focus solely on how far you have left to go. How much weight you still have to lose, how many more workouts you have to do this week or even how many minutes you still have on the treadmill.

The problem with this is we often lose sight of what we’ve achieved so far.

Take a moment at the end of your next workout to celebrate you and every achievement you have made throughout your journey. Allow yourself to be proud of yourself and all the progress you have made.


✅Focus on moving forward, not on the size of your steps.

Never give up..!!


Everyone has bad and difficult days. Pick yourself up and keep going. Rather than getting too caught up worrying if you’ve made progress at the rate you wanted, think about the progress you have made. Look back on progress photos or think about your energy levels and whether they have increased.

Positive changes are progress, even if that journey hasn’t been linear.


✅Choose to make yourself a priority.

Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels..!!


I have often heard people say you need to be ‘selfish’ with your time. I don’t want people to associate negative terms or behaviour with their health. I want you to make your health a priority because that’s how you can ensure you are caring for YOURSELF. Regular exercise has so many benefits for your physical and mental health — so making time for a workout is really important!!


✅The best view comes after the hardest climb.

While in the beginning it may seem extraordinarily difficult with seemingly no purpose or end in sight, it's well worth it once you get to the top and hit your "stride”.


You know those moments during a workout when you could quit or you could push through for just two more minutes? Next time that decision process happens, I want you to remember this quote. Even if finishing those last two minutes means you have to slow down or take some extra rest, think of how good it will feel when you finish, knowing that you didn’t give up and the fruits of that hard work you can enjoy only after completing the workout!!


You get what you work for.

Working for what you want is important..!!


When you work towards your goals, that’s when you have the power to achieve real things! Whether you want to start weight training, learn how to do a chin up properly, or any goal — if you want to achieve it, make it happen for yourself!!


Exercise is a blessing. Not a chore.

Exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore. When you find something that you genuinely love doing, it will be so much easier to make exercise a part of your routine!!


I love that this quote reminds us how lucky we are to be able to move our bodies and to work on our physical and mental health.
